WTM London – World Travel Market 2019 Celebrating 40 Years!
I’m writing from London this week! Last year, the convention was hosted in sunny San Diego, and this year we will be in the historic and happening city of Chicago. The Argosaronic Islands Are Calling

Guinea Pig in Peru
In March, I visited Lima. On the night of our arrival, my group went to Astrid y Gastón for dinner. The dinner was absolutely delicious, but one of the courses that really intrigued me, despite not eating meat, was the guinea pig appetizer. In the United States we see guinea pigs as pets, but in Peru the small rodent is a delicacy.
