25hours Hotel The Oddbird, Jakarta

Debuting in the middle of this year, The Oddbird honors the quirky and elaborate through its 345 rooms, including hotel and serviced residences. The hotel also expects to include a restaurant serving South American cuisine, a bar bringing European bar culture to the rooftop and a pool bar.

The Hoxton, Edinburgh

Scotland’s historic city welcomes The Hoxton, Edinburgh this year in Haymarket neighborhood. Georgian features, block colors and subtle textures define this property, which boasts an open lobby. The hotel marks a first for The Hoxton brand with three three-bedroom, self-contained apartments for guests seeking full flexibility and long-stay accommodations.

Mama Shelter Dubai Business Bay

Later this year, Mama Shelter Dubai Business Bay marks Mama Shelter’s first location in the Middle East. Colorful walls, mosaic steps and eccentric hanging decorations are to be expected in the 197-room hotel. The hotel will also include 204 residences, complete with a range of restaurants, four swimming pools, a multipurpose gym and outdoor amphitheater with lounge area.
